Submitting a notice

Send written notice to privacy@triptrivia.app with the subject line “DMCA Notice”, including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it is located on Trip Trivia
• Your contact information (address, telephone number and email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-notice

If your content was removed in error you may submit a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any district where we may be found).

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
