Trip Trivia (“the Services”) is operated by Airlab Agency, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility — 18 and over
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Trip Trivia. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We may suspend or terminate any account we believe belongs to a person under 18.
Entertainment and general information only
Cards, articles, checklists, weather lookups, maps, AI answers and destination details are provided for fun and general interest. They are not professional advice and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Always confirm conditions, closures, permits, safety guidance and regulations with the official park, agency or operator before you travel.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly at privacy@triptrivia.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services, attempt to break their security, scrape them at scale, reverse engineer them, or use them in a way that violates the law or the rights of others. See the Community Guidelines for content rules. We may suspend or remove access at any time.
Your content and license
You keep ownership of the photos, reviews, notes and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Services. You confirm you have the rights needed to grant that license.
Our content
The Services' text, artwork, card content, illustrations, software and design are owned by Airlab Agency, LLC or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other laws. Do not copy or redistribute them without permission.
Third-party links and affiliate links
The Services link to third-party sites, including Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we may earn from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. We do not control third-party sites or products and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, quality, safety or policies. Purchases are between you and that seller.
Subscriptions and purchases
If we offer paid features, the price, billing period and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store's terms and refund policies.
No warranty
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or available offline in every situation.
Limitation of liability
Airlab Agency, LLC is not responsible for any issues, losses, injuries, damages, costs or delays arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your reliance on anything in them. This includes, without limitation, travel decisions, trip planning, packing choices, outdoor or backcountry activity, injury or death, lost or damaged property, missed plans, data loss, or content that turns out to be inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$50.
Assumption of risk and your responsibility
Outdoor travel is inherently risky. You are solely responsible for your own safety and for the decisions you make. Assess your fitness, skill, equipment, weather and conditions, and follow the instructions of rangers, guides and local authorities.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airlab Agency, LLC and its officers, members and contractors from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Services.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, unless applicable local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
