Mobile App EULA

License grant

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, and only if you are 18 or older.

Restrictions

• No copying, modifying, renting, leasing, selling or sublicensing the app
• No reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling except where permitted by law
• No removing proprietary notices or circumventing security features
• No use that violates law or the rights of others

Updates and offline content

The app may download updates and offline destination packs automatically. Offline content may become stale; verify conditions before relying on it.

Apple-specific terms

This EULA is between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for product claims, intellectual property claims and legal compliance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

Google Play

Use of the Android app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's policies.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the app.
