This addendum applies if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, and supplements our Privacy Policy.

- Contract — creating and running your account, syncing your trips and saved content
- Consent — analytics, personalization, marketing email and optional location access
- Legitimate interests — securing the Services, preventing fraud and abuse, and basic service improvement
- Legal obligation — responding to lawful requests and keeping required records

- Access, rectification and erasure
- Restriction of processing and objection, including to direct marketing

- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
- The right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority
International transfers
Personal data is processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) together with appropriate supplementary measures.
Retention and automated decisions
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing; personalization only affects which content is suggested to you.
